Welcome.

Welcome to the first official blog post of Lifting the Dream Designs!

Shop Owner M here, the wife half of this team. Follow our blog for future updates on all kinds of fun stuff, like behind-the-scenes pics, new release information and more.

We are family shop. What does that mean? Well, it means that we are a Wife and Husband (let's be honest, mostly wife) and we have young children that don't contribute to the business. But they're cute, so they get a pass. Plus, child labor laws are still pretty strict. They run around shouting and throw food at us, but they're ours and we love them. In fact, they inspired this business.

Growing up, it's drilled into us to go to school so we can get the perfect job. Reality check: it doesn't exist, unless you make it exist. This business started as a creative outlet and has grown into the dream job. Here's a look at the process:

(Vibrate)

"Oh look a new order!"

(Get's super excited to see what the order is)

"OoOoO one of these?! Look! (At Husband) Someone ordered one of these ones!"

(Husband inserts comment that makes it seem like he's 100% interested)

"Awesome!"

(Creates, cuts, preps to make shirts)

(Music on, obligatory dance session while making the shirts)

(Singing) "...Color to the world, Spice up your life!"

(Makes super awesome shirt)

"Oh my gosh, I need to make myself one of these!"

(Packages up order, drops in the mailbox)

(Super creepy Wicked Witch Voice) "Goodbye my pretties!"

We literally oversee every aspect of your shirt. Want something custom? Cool, we'll design it for you! Need 50 shirts for a party? Sweet, you'll have to give us a little time to make them, but we're on it!

We like to have fun here, and almost never not always don't take ourselves seriously!

We look forward to sharing our tee making adventures with you!

Please let us know if you have any questions, we try to respond to emails very quickly!
